About I & C LTD
I & C LTD was established as a special purpose vehicle to oversee the development of Konza City. The company was incorporated in 2023.
Since it's inception,the company stakeholders have been working closely with the Kenyan government, international partners, and other stakeholders to bring the vision of Konza City to life. The development of the city involves various stages, including infrastructure development, construction of commercial and residential buildings, establishment of educational and research institutions, and creation of a supportive ecosystem for businesses.
